Hi, I’m Lisa Hudson, business strategist, certified coach, and multi-passionate mentor.
For over 20 years, I built and ran businesses that, on paper, looked like success. But behind the scenes? I was exhausted. Overcommitted. Stuck in a cycle of doing more, even when it drained me.
In 2022, I chose differently. I let go of what no longer fit, reclaimed my energy, and started rebuilding success on my own terms.
Now, I help other entrepreneurs do the same: clear the noise, reconnect to who they are now, and build businesses that feel like freedom not a grind.
